Valorant’s error code 29 is a common problem that players face when trying to load into a game. After a match is found, the game tries to load the player into the lobby with an error message saying that the player failed to connect to the platform. The issue is usually tied to network issues, and there are a few ways to work around the issue. If you are running into error code 29 in Valorant, here are a few fixes that should resolve the issue.
How to Fix Error Code 29 in Valorant
The easiest workaround for error code 29 in Valorant is to spam your WASD keys if you are stuck loading into the game. In most cases, network issues can prevent you from loading in, but the game thinks you are AFK and removes you from the game after a while. Pressing your movement keys can sometimes help you load in. You should do this only as an attempt to prevent getting disconnected from the game. If you are facing the issue consistently, we recommend checking out the solutions listed below.

4.2.2.2
There is also an app you can install, by Cloudflare, that can toggle OpenDNS on or off. Head to https://one.one.one.one/ and download the app for Windows. Once installed, toggle it on and try playing Valorant.
Contact Your ISP
If any of the above solutions do not work, try contacting your ISP (Internet Service Provider) to notify them of the issues you are facing. In rare cases it may also be tied to your networking hardware like your router or internet modem, which may need replacing.
