Overwatch 2 Halloween Terror Event 2023: All Challenges and Rewards

The Overwatch 2 Halloween Terror Event 2023 started earlier this week on 10^th October and is scheduled to take place until 2^nd November, spanning a total duration of about three weeks or 23 days.

During this time, the entire community will be celebrating the upcoming Halloween event with three fun game modes that have all been released together and will be available for a whole month.

In total, 21 challenges have been released for all event game modes, which upon completion shall reward players with things like cosmetic items, battle pass experience, and game credits.

Overwatch 2 Halloween Terror Event 2023: Challenges and Rewards Complete Details

Overwatch 2 recently turned one year old with a fantastic celebration and is following up the festivities with the annual Halloween event which has started a few weeks in advance.

For the next 23 days, multiple fun game modes will be available for the community to try out and enjoy, while simultaneously giving them an opportunity to earn exciting rewards by completing certain challenges.

Additionally, a special limited-time Halloween Terror Credits Shop has also been made available to all players, consisting of returning skins and items. These can be purchased using Overwatch Credits between 10^th October to 7^th November.

There are a total of 21 challenges and all of them guarantee some or the other reward between overwatch credits, battle pass experience, cosmetic items, or a combination of them all.

1. Trickster's Treat | 5,000 XP | Weapon Charm: Wolf Pup

2. Halloween Heroic | 10,000 XP | 600 Overwatch Credits

3. Sanctuary Fighter | Spray: Inarius's Blessing

4. Hardened Sanctuary FIghter | Spray: Lilith's Curse | Voice Line: In The Shadows

5. Expert Sanctuary Fighter | Name Card: Blessed Mother | Voice Line: Be Beautiful

   • Win Trials of Sanctuary on Expert difficulty

6. Legendary Sanctuary Fighter | Player Title: Hero of the Light

   • Win Trials of Sanctuary on Legendary difficulty

7. Out For Blood | 2,500 XP | Player Icon: Inarius's Helm

   • Eliminate 12 bosses in Trials of Sanctuary

8. Light's Blessing | 2500 XP | Weapon Charm: Enraged Mask

   • Acquire 4 unique loot items for your hero and win Trials of Sanctuary

9. Wrath Of The Bride | Voice Line: Our Tale Begins

   • Win Wrath of the Bride on any difficulty

10. Taking The Plunge | Voice Line: Tarot Reading

    • Win Wrath of the Bride on Hard difficulty

11. Revenge Of The Zomnics | Spray: Zomnic Graffiti

    • Win Wrath of the Bride or Junkenstein's Revenge on Expert difficulty

12. Photozomb | Voice Line: Never Cross the Bridge

    • Strike a pose with the bride during her introdction in Wrath of the Bride

13. The Wanderers Of Old | Voice Line: Cry Some More

15. Dungeon Scout | 2500 XP

    • Complete 8 games. Wins grant double progress.

16. Dungeon Crawler | 2500 XP

    • Complete 16 games. Wins grant double progress.

17. Dungeon Delver | 2500 XP

    • Complete 24 games. Wins grant double progress.

18. Dungeon Raider | 2500 XP

    • Complete 32 games. Wins grant double progress.

19. Dungeon Veteran | 300 Overwatch Credits

    • Complete 40 games. Wins grant double progress.

20. Dungeon Denizen | 300 Overwatch Credits

    • Complete 60 games. Wins grant double progress.

21. Dungeon Master | 300 Overwatch Credits

    • Complete 80 games. Wins grant double progress.

The Overwatch 2 Halloween Terror Event 2023 will be taking place from 10^rd October to 2^nd November consisting of a whopping 21 challenges and upon completion, players will be granted 1500 Overwatch Credits, 30,000 Battle Pass Experience, and 15 Cosmetic Items.

Further, the 15 items consist of seven voice lines, three sprays, two weapon charms, one player icon, one name card, and one player title.

All game modes available during the course of this event are placed under the Arcade section within the game.
