Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is allegedly dropping in November 2023.
The game might be integrated into a single client with Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0.
The iconic Ninja perk may return to put Dead Silence out of business.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 (MW3) is rumored to release in November 2023 and there is a lot of hype surrounding the game already because of how popular the original Modern Warfare 3 (2011) was. Do note that Activision has not announced Modern Warfare 3 and all of the information we have right now is based on leaks from the Call of Duty community. Even if the leaks are true, things are subject to change and the leaks are not necessarily indicative of the final product. That being said, let’s look at the Modern Warfare 3 leaks that are doing the rounds in the Call of Duty community.

Everything we know about Modern Warfare 3

Modern Warfare 2 (MW2) will continue to receive updates and the seasonal content will not stop coming after Modern Warfare 3 drops. Warzone 2.0 will continue to be available as a standalone experience and you will be able to access the battle royale via both Modern Warfare 2 and Modern Warfare 3.

One of the things that players were surprised to notice is the absence of the Ninja perk in Modern Warfare 2. It is finally making a comeback in Modern Warfare 3. If you have not played the older Call of Duty titles, the Ninja perk allows you to become undetectable on heartbeat sensors, making it one of the best stealth perks we have seen in Call of Duty history and it’s arguably better than Dead Silence.

The upcoming game may bring back enemy markers on the map, which might not go down well with fans. Perks may be categorized into different gear items like boots, helmets, etc which is also a change some players might not be happy about.

The leaks also state that the user interface will be similar to the one we have in Modern Warfare 2, which hints that the MW2, MW3 and Warzone 2.0 may be built into the same client. We can also expect the iconic MW3 campaign to make a return which will be exciting news for a lot of Call of Duty veterans if the leaks are true.
