Warzone 2 content creator Isaac “IceManIsaac” Hamilton is known for some of the craziest loadouts in the game and he recently came up with a “no recoil” RPK build that has been wreaking havoc in Warzone 2. Almost every Warzone pro is running it and if you have not tried it yet, you are missing out on a lot of free kills. While it is marketed as no recoil, there is some recoil but it’s toned down to a minimum. Here’s a breakdown of IceManIsaac’s No Recoil RPK build complete with all attachments and perks that you should be using.
No Recoil RPK Build in Warzone 2
According to IceManIsaac, “Not only is the time to kill (TTK) impressive, but our ability to beam people at long ranges makes this the absolute easiest gun to use and the most consistent long-range TTK in the books, and it is why all the pros are rocking it.”
You can check out the video by IceManIsaac if you want to see some gameplay but here is a breakdown of all the attachments that you need to achieve minimal recoil. The sight is the only component in the build that can be selected based on personal preference but everything else is mandatory so if you are missing some of the attachments, you should unlock them as soon as possible.
Barrel: TAC 597 Barrel (+.24 Recoil Steadiness and +.22 Damage Range)
Underbarrel: FTAC Ripper 56 (-.21 Aim Down Sight Speed and +.30 Aiming Idle Stability)
Ammunition: 7.62 High Velocity (+.36 Damage Range and +2.03 Bullet Velocity)
Laser: FSS OLE-V-Laser
Optic: Aim OP-V4 (-3.0 Aim Down Sight Speed and -1.60 Far)
When it comes to perks, these are our recommendations:
Field Upgrade: Munitions Box
Tactical: Stun Grenade
Lethal: Semtex
Base Perk 1: Double Time
Base Perk 2: Tracker
Bonus Perk: Spotter
Ultimate Perk: Ghost
Perks are best left to personal preference and you can use a different combination depending on what suits you best. Perks solely depend on playstyle and the other weapon that you pair with your RPK, so depending on what your secondary weapon is the mileage of our recommended perks will vary.
The attachment combination on the other hand is very strict and IceManIsaac’s recommendations should be strongly considered if you want minimal recoil on your RPK in Warzone 2.
