How to Fix Warzone 2.0 Error Code 657
Warzone 2.0 has been facing tons of issues since its release ranging from connectivity issues to players not being able to team up with others. Here is how you can fix Warzone 2.0’s error code 657 on any platform.
Steam
Restart your computer and launch Steam
Next, you can either right-click the game in your Library or click the gear icon from the game's Library page on the far right
From the drop-down menu, select Properties...
Select the Local Files tab and click the “Verify integrity of game files” button
Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes
Battle.net
Open the Battle.net desktop app
Click on the Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 icon in the Games menu
Click the cog wheel next to the Play button and choose the Scan and Repair option
PlayStation
Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Restore Licenses.
Select Restore and wait until the operation has been completed, then try accessing Warzone 2.0 again.
Xbox
Go to the Xbox App (Store)
Locate the game from the menu on the left
Hover over Warzone 2.0 and click on the three vertical dots
Click on Manage > Files > Verify and Repair
Wait for the process to complete and launch Warzone 2.0
