How to Fix the Travis-Rilea Error in Warzone 2.0

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0 have some strange error codes that do not explain what is preventing you from playing the game. The Travis-Rilea Error in Warzone 2.0 occurs due to network connectivity issues and you may encounter the error code due to issues at your end and also when the Call of Duty servers are down. 

Travis-Rilea Error in Warzone 2.0: How to Fix

The first thing you should do is check the Call of Duty server status. Here’s how to check the server status for Warzone 2.0: 

1. Head to: https://support.activision.com/warzone-2 

2. See the server status

3. If you want to report an issue click on the Account Help button

If you run into the Travis-Rilea error in Warzone 2.0 when the servers are up, try restarting your router or internet connection to see if it helps. If that does not work, your temporary network files may be causing issues which is why cleaning your files can often fix the issue.

1. Press the Windows Key

2. Type “Command Prompt” and hover on the first app result 

3. Click on Run As Administrator

4. If asked whether to allow Command Prompt to make changes to your computer, select Yes.

5. You should now get a new window with a black screen.

6. Type "ipconfig /flushdns" and press Enter.

7. Type "ipconfig /registerdns" and press Enter.

8. Type "ipconfig /release" and press Enter.

9. Type "ipconfig /renew" and press Enter.

10. Type "netsh winsock reset" and press Enter.

11. Restart your computer.

If your internet is working normally but the game refuses to connect.  You should consider changing your DNS on your computer or on your router to see if it helps. Login to your router and head to the setup page. Leave all existing settings intact and change your primary and secondary DNS to any of the following:

• 1.1.1.1

• 1.0.0.1

• 8.8.8.8

• 4.2.2.2

There is also an app you can install by Cloudflare that can toggle OpenDNS on or off. Head to https://one.one.one.one/ and download the app for Windows. Once installed, toggle it on and try playing Warzone 2.0.
