You can get Wookiee Bowcaster by rescuing Chewbacca from the Imperial forces. He is being held captive at various Imperial Roadblocks across the map. However, these Imperial Roadblock locations change often, so it's crucial to keep an eye out for him.

After you've found the correct Imperial Roadblock, you must eliminate the Imperial Forces guarding Chewbacca. Once you've managed to free him, Chewbacca will join your squad as an ally and give you his iconic Bowcaster. 

However, if you don't want to rescue Chewbacca, you can acquire the Wookiee Bowcaster by looking for Imperial Chests at various Imperial Roadblocks. These chests can also give you other items, such as the E-11 Blaster.
