One of the additions is Han Solo’s buddy, Chewbacca! The Millennium Falcon’s copilot is here, but his arrival hasn’t exactly gone according to the plan. How Can You Find Chewbacca in Fortnite?

As mentioned, the Imperial Forces have managed to capture Chewbacca. However, players can free him by heading to one of the five Imperial Roadblocks found in the game. Here’s an image of the in-game map with the locations to help you find Imperial Roadblocks -

Keep in mind that Chewbacca’s location can change during every match. The best way to find it is to look for a blue distress signal before you head out of the Battle Bus. 

Once you’re at an Imperial Roadblock, you must eliminate the Stormtroopers fighting Chewbacca. Although their aim is quite horrible in the Star Wars universe, these Stormtroopers are accurate in Fortnite, so take over and strategically take them out.

If you carry powerful weapons such as an E-11 Blaster and Darth Vader’s Lightsaber, you’ll easily be able to clear the enemies. However, this mission is doable even with the most basic gear. 

What Are The Rewards For Rescuing Chewbacca?

After you’ve successfully defeated the Stormtroopers, Chewbacca will be freed. As a gift, he’ll give you the Wookie Bowcaster, an incredibly lethal weapon that can turn the tide of any battle you face. 

However, the real prize is the Wookie himself. Saving him will allow you to make him your ally until you decimate your opponents and win. Chewbacca will give you excellent support by dropping items and shooting enemies.
