Very few games can match the hype that Fortnite has managed to achieve over the years, and part of it is thanks to high-profile collaborations with some of the biggest franchises in the world. The Transformers collaboration might happen in Fortnite Chapter 4 - Season 3
With a new Transformers movie set to arrive soon, the leaks feel legitimate. Popular leaker ShiinaBR said in a tweet, “A few days ago, an unknown person contacted me. They shared no images at all, but besides other stuff, they described this EXACT image to me.”
Just days later, the image that was described to Shiina turned out to match the description of what his source told him. He said, “I received PERFECTLY. So either this is real, or someone is pulling off a very calculated prank."
Something interesting to note is that the upcoming Transformers movie drops on the same day as Fornite Chapter 4 Season 3, making the leak even more believable. While players are excited to play as Optimus Prime in Fortnite, there is no official information from Epic Games at the moment. You should temper your expectations until an official announcement is made.
When is the Fortnite X Transformers collaboration happening?
Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3 drops on 9th June, which coincides with the release of Transformers: Rise of the Beasts. If the leaks are true, the new battle pass will contain Transformers-themed cosmetics.
