Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 and Modern Warfare 2: Everything Coming to Season 4
Call of Duty Warzone 2.0 and Modern Warfare 2 are getting a brand-new content update later this month with the arrival of Season 4. A new map, new battle pass, revamped game modes and a whole lot more are waiting for you once Season 4 drops on 14th June on all platforms.
Warzone 2.0 Season 4 Content
Here is everything that is coming in Warzone 2.0 Season 4:
New map: Vondel
This medium-sized map is ready to host Resurgence, DMZ, and the Lockdown LTM at launch as well as the standard battle royale mode. In terms of size, Vondel’s geographical footprint is between Al Mazrah and Ashika Island, welcoming up to 18 Operators for DMZ and 72 Operators for Resurgence game modes. Expect a mixture of densely-packed urban streets, canals and large structures.
New features
Tactical Amphibious Vehicle (TAV), the return of Favorite Supply Boxes, dynamic fog, a new Field Upgrade, and more.
Al-Mazrah map changes
There will be some changes to the Al-Mazrah map which have not been detailed yet.
DMZ Season 4 Content
A major Mid-Season update has also been teased for Season 4 which will include content for the traditional battle royale.
DMZ Updates
A new Exclusion Zone comes to Season 04 alongside an exciting major update for DMZ, featuring the following additional DMZ content. A more centralized hub for all communications and Operator upgrades within DMZ is coming to Season 04. Known as the Forward Operating Base (FOB), this menu system allows Operators to complete objectives to earn a variety of upgrades to use across DMZ. These upgrades come in four different categories:
Stash: Wallet and Key Stash size increases.
Weapons Locker: Insured and contraband armaments and upgrades.
Bounty Board: For Exfil, Bartering recipes, and Buy Station discounts.
Communications Station: Allowing Urgent Mission access.
Modern Warfare 2 Season 4 Content
From familiar locales to brand-new Multiplayer maps, Season 04 is coming out swinging at launch with two maps for each of the three Multiplayer experience types, along with a third Core map at mid-season.
Search and Destroy and Prisoner Rescue will expand to 12v12 variants in the new playlist. There is also a lot more content that will arrive in the Mid-Season update including the RAID finale in Modern Warfare 2 Season 4.
In terms of cosmetics and other in-game items, we will get a new battle pass, an Assault on Vondel event, new skin bundles and more.
