Apex Legends’ newest Collection event will go live on 25th April with limited-time drops, Caustic’s Mythic Skin, unlockable cosmetics, and more. A new rewards tracker will be available for a limited time that will allow players to earn cosmetics during the event. The event will be live from 25th April to 9th May if you want to unlock the new Mythic skin by opening Event Packs. The skin will continue to be available after the event but you will need to obtain it by spending Heirloom Shards.
Apex Legends Veiled Collection Event Overview
The Awakening Collection Event introduces a brand new set of 24-themed, limited-time cosmetics. All 24 items will be available through direct purchase (for Apex Coins or Crafting Metals) and via special Apex Legends Packs designed for the Veiled Collection Event. Collect all 24 themed event-limited cosmetics to unlock the new Caustic Mythic Skin.
Free Apex Legends Veiled Collection event rewards
There will be a rewards tracker which will allow players to unlock an Apex pack, skins and other rewards. You can earn 1,600 points per day and the challenges refresh daily. All of these challenges also stack with your Battle Pass so that you can complete multiple at once.
New Limited-Time Mode: Team Deathmatch (TDM) Unshielded Deadeye
TDM Unshielded Deadeye is a twist on Team Deathmatch with Legends wielding limited, rotating loadouts each match to prove their skill. Every match loadouts will be randomly given so players will start with one of the following weapon sets:
Wingman and 30-30 Repeater
Hemlok and G7 Scout
Kraber and Sentinel
Care packages are turned off and players will have no shields or helmets. The first team to 50 kills wins and will decide the winner.
In addition to all of the new content, there will also be a store rotation featuring some reruns as well as recolors of previously-released cosmetics. You can check out the store in-game to see if you want to get your hands on any of the skins. The game will also have special bundles for the Collection packs to make obtaining the new Mythic Skin at a slightly discounted rate.
