What Are the Overwatch 2 Season 6 Prestige Titles?

Prestige Titles are nothing but vanity cosmetic items that can be used by players to feature below their usernames in Overwatch 2. They are used as a symbol of status, power, and sometimes even to show off in case a player has obtained an impossibly rare one.

Long story short, they are used to leave a lasting impression on players that might stumble across your profile or even those that play with and against you during a match. The title is even seen if a player get a Play of the Game, adding to the status symbol.

Prestige Titles are mostly available via the different Overwatch 2 seasonal battle passes and it might be a little difficult to spot them at first because they exist towards the very end on a separate page altogether. However, the real challenge is to collect them all as it takes a lot of effort to reach their levels which are spread across 80 to 200.

How to Get the Overwatch 2 Season 6 Prestige Title?

All the prestige titles are free to unlock and can be attained without purchasing the battle pass. The only thing required by the players is to put in the hours and get the much-needed experience to reach impossibly high levels.

  • First, the players need to complete all the regular 80 Tiers of the Overwatch 2 Season 6 Battle Pass, either free or premium, depending on whether they are able to purchase one or not.

  • Once done, the amount of experience collected by them through matches, challenges, and tasks will start taking their battle pass level beyond this and start counting towards the Prestige Titles. Purchase of the Premium Battle Pass does grant 20% more XP from playing matches so this can aid in achieving the levels faster.

  • There is one entire battle page dedicated to Prestige Titles which are always eight in number and spread between 80 to 200 Tiers at irregular intervals.

It can be a Herculean task to complete the battle pass till the very end, but the most dedicated do manage to do it and Prestige Titles collected by them in this process are simply a reflection of their commitment towards Overwatch 2.
