2022 has been a tough year for PSG.LGD, as the team was only able to achieve a top six finish at The International 2022 (TI11) compared to last year’s second place finish at TI10. Additionally, PSG.LGD are looking to rebuild their roster as Zhang "Faith_bian" Ruida had announced his retirement following the conclusion of TI11. The Chinese support then noted out that the teams of Team Aster & Vici Gaming will be the teams to watch for next season, as Vici Gaming are reportedly not making any roster changes for the upcoming season while Team Aster announced the addition of Zhai "Xyw" Jingkai and Bai "rOtK" Fan to its roster following the departure of Zhang "LaNm" Zhicheng and the retirement of Zeng "Ori" Jiaoyang from the scene.

He then revealed that Xu "fy" Linsen is leaving Invictus Gaming for a new, solid team however was unable to confirm fy’s next destination. There are multiple rumors saying that fy could make a return to PSG.LGD to replace the recently departed XinQ however as of now, it is yet to be confirmed.
