The Upper Division of the Western European DPC 2021/22 season kicks off on June 7th and ends on July 13th.
Alliance, Entity, Goonsquad, Gaimin Gladiators, OG, Team Liquid, Team Secret, Tundra Esports are the eight teams that will be competing in it.

The schedule for the Western European Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) 2021/22 Tour 3 has finally been revealed, with Valve finally posting the schedule of the tournament on the Dota 2 client. The WEU DPC kicks off on June 7, with Team Secret facing newly crowned Major champions OG in the opening fixture. The league will take place through June and July 2022.

Eight teams will be competing in the upper division of WEU DPC 2021/22 from which four will advance to the PGL Dota 2 Major Arlington 2022, the last Dota 2 Major before The International 2022 (TI11). As a result, this is the final chance for teams to secure a direct invitation to TI11.

A total of $205,000 USD will be split between all eight teams. However, only the top five teams will receive a share of the 1150 DPC points, while the top four teams will qualify for the PGL Dota 2 Major Arlington 2022.

Last tour, OG emerged as the champions of the WEU DPC 2021/22 with a 6-1 win-loss record, securing $30K USD as prize money and 400 DPC points. The OG roster would go on to win the ESL One Stockholm Major 2022 adding another $200k in prize money and 680 DPC points to their haul.

The team is virtually guaranteed a spot at The International 2022 as a result of their points tally. Other teams in the Western European region will be hoping to replicate OG's success and secure a berth to TI11 with a good performance in Tour 3.
