Topias "Topson" Taavitsainen recently qualified for The International 11’s (TI11) Last Chance Qualifier with T1.
In preparations for the upcoming qualifier, Topson decided to practice pretty hard by constantly playing ranked games non-stop.
The two-time TI winning mid laner played 30 ranked games in a span of 24 hours.

With the The International 11 (TI11) slowly approaching, teams are starting to converge in the Southeast Asia (SEA) region to boot camp for the upcoming tournament. This includes teams that will be participating in TI11’s Last Chance Qualifiers (LCQ) in hopes of securing the final two spots at TI11. In preparation for the upcoming qualifier, T1’s Topias "Topson" Taavitsainen decided to take his training to the extreme as he played 30 ranked games in a row within a span of 24 hours.

Topson’s grind to TI11 continues as he prepares for Last Chance Qualifiers.

With two spots remaining for the upcoming TI11, twelve teams would have to battle for the spots in the Last Chance Qualifiers. One of the teams that will be playing in the Last Chance Qualifiers is T1, who had picked up the two-time TI winning duo of Anathan “ana” Pham & Topias "Topson" Taavitsainen. Despite the pick up, T1 barely missed out on a direct invitation to TI11 after losing to Polaris Esports in the TI11 SEA Regional Qualifiers.

In preparations for the upcoming LCQ, each player decided to practice by grinding ranked games during their boot camp. However, Topson decided to take it to the next level as he went on a gaming spree for a whole day. During a recent livestream from former Talon Esports coach Lee "Forev" Sang-don, he noticed that Topson has grinding ranked games non-stop. However, to his surprise, he also noticed that Topson played at least 30 games in a single day.

According to Dota 2 Pro Tracker, Topson has played a total of 31 games in a single day. The former OG mid laner started his grind at 5PM SGT time on the 20th Sept according to Forev’s stream, and ended his streak at 8PM SGT time the next day, with possible short breaks in between.

Despite the non-stop grind, Topson had a terrible day in his ranked games as he had a win-loss ratio of 12 wins to 19 losses, having only a meager 39% win rate during his grind. However, Topson was also spotted practicing his signature Invoker along with other heroes, such as Windranger and Tiny during his non-stop grinding.

Topson and T1 will begin their Last Chance Qualifier journey in group B, alongside Team Liquid, Xtreme Gaming, Virtus Pro, Wildcard Gaming and Infamous on the 9th October.
