Earlier in the month, it was reported that Denis "Larl" Sigitov, former mid laner for BetBoom Team was seen at Team Spirit’s boot camp. The mid laner was rumored to be replacing Alexander "TORONTOTOKYO" Khertek, as he was revealed to have been training with the team after NAVI’s Georgiy "swedenstrong" Zainalabidov accidentally leaked both of the team’s scrim results.
However, Team Spirit’s manager Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov stated that Larl was simply visiting the team’s boot camp as a guest as the mid laner was participating in a local television show nearby.

As first reported by Escorenews.com, Team Spirit’s Dota 2 manager Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov recently explained the truth behind Denis “Larl” Sigitov’s visit to his team’s bootcamp in a recent livestream. Larl was recently spotted present at Team Spirit’s boot camp after team manager Ruslana "DKLana'' Berest recorded a short video on her Instagram, which also revealed the former BetBoom Team mid laner present at the bootcamp.
However, according to Korb3n, Larl was simply there to spend time with the roster as he was participating in a local television show. Additionally, he stated that Larl’s visit was nothing more than an occasional friendly meeting.
“What do you mean we aren't hiding him? We simply met with Larl to go to a gym together, nothing more. What is there to hide here? The man [Larl] is participating in "Счастливы вместе" TV series [The Russian adaptation of Married… with Children] here, so I thought, "If he's here, why not [spend time with him]".”
He then talked about the issues regarding transfers during the off-season, as he revealed that some organizations tend to create unnecessary rules within the players’ contracts, such as setting a high buyout price or not allowing players to leave until their contract expires at the end of the year.
“Actually, nobody would f**k with this. Creating a conflict when a contract expires by the end of December is absurd. Who needs this? It's stupid. You won't get any profit from that, anyway. Of course, you can set a high [buyout] price, but such orgs will end up on the "honor board." Nobody will want to deal with them in the future. Or people will set contracts until after TI instead of December. This is weird to hear. I don't think there are big issues with that. Maybe some "cunning" orgs would want to profit from that, but you should realize that it won't be a full buyout price. It will be an inappropriately small sum, it's not worth it.”
As of now, there is no official announcement regarding roster changes within Team Spirit. However, with the deadline for the roster changes slowly approaching it is expected that most organizations will conclude their roster shuffle business before the initial roster lock on 9th December.
