Nigma Galaxy have announced it’s mid-laner for the season, as Syed "SumaiL" Hassan will be staying with the team for the 2022-2023 DPC (Dota Pro Circuit) season.  During the off-season, many believed that Nigma Galaxy would be one of the many teams that would be affected by the roster shuffle season.

However, the organization decided that it was best to retain the “King of the Mid Lane” for the upcoming season as the player made a huge impact in his debut season with the team.

SumaiL spent the majority of the 2021-2022 DPC season with Team Secret, however he was replaced with newcomer Remco “Crystallis” Arets after a lackluster performance during the first two tours in the Western Europe (WEU) DPC league. However, the mid-laner would find a new home as he became Nigma Galaxy’s newest player. He replaced Aliwi “w33” Omar as the player was leaving for Alliance.

SumaiL made an instant impact in his debut season with the team, as the team managed to promote themselves back into Division I for the 2022-2023 DPC season with a complete 7-0 win-loss record. However, despite his best efforts the team failed to qualify for The International 2022 (TI11) as it lost to fellow rivals Team Secret in the WEU Regional Qualifiers.

Following the announcement, Nigma Galaxy have confirmed four out of the five players that will be playing in the upcoming season. However as it stands, it is yet to be confirmed if current carry player Amer "Miracle-" Al-Barkawi would be staying with the team for the upcoming season.
