The schedule for the Play-Ins of the Riyadh Masters 2023 is finally out.
Fans will be treated to two days of intense Dota 2 action across three streams starting on 19th of July, after which the group stages will begin.
Here are the schedule, results, standings, and other details about the Riyadh Masters 2023 Play-Ins.

The Riyadh Masters 2023 is the largest tournament of the 2023 Dota 2 season before The International 12 (TI12) begins and it is all set to happen in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The schedule for the play-ins of the Riyadh Masters 2023 is finally out and fans will be treated to two intense days of Dota 2 action before the group stages and playoffs begin later. The tournament will feature the highest prize pool of the year so far featuring a massive $15,000,000 USD total prize pool. 

The Riyadh Masters 2023 play-ins are scheduled to kick off on the 19th July and will conclude on 20th July. The Play-Ins will be a single round-robin and all of the series will be best-of-two (BO2) games. The top two teams of each group will advance to the group stages and 3rd to 6th place will be matched once again where the two winners will advance to the group stages as well.

The Play-Ins of the Riyadh Masters 2023 kicks off on 19th July and concludes on 20th July where the bottom four teams in Group A and B play one more series against each other, and the winners of each series will advance to the group stages.

On the first day of the Play-Ins, 24 series will be played. Meanwhile, Day 2, the last of the Play-Ins, feature 6 series, following which the remaining matches between the bottom 4 of each group will be played.

  • A total of twelve teams participate

    • Western Europe (WEU): 5 seeds

    • China (CN): 2 seeds

    • Eastern Europe (EEU): 2 seeds

    • Southeast Asia (SEA): 1 seed

    • North America (NA) and South America (SA): 1 seed

  • Two groups of 6 teams each

  • Single round-robin setup 

  • All matches are BO2

  • Top two teams from each group advance to the group stages.

  • The 3rd to 6th place teams from each group play one more series against each other and the winners advance to the group stages.

  • The remaining two teams are eliminated.
