Prior to the BetBoom Team’s debut in Division I of the Eastern Europe Dota Pro Circuit (EEU DPC) 2023 Winter Tour, Darkside's carry player Roman "RAMZES666" Kushnarev did an interview with Russian livestreamer Alexander “Nix” Levin. During the interview, he mentioned that the BetBoom Team will be undefeated in the regional league as he believed that the quality of players within the team is too good. Ramzes666 expecting both BetBoom Team & Team Spirit to be top contenders

During his interview with popular Russian Dota 2 livestreamer Alexander “Nix” Levin according to cybersports.ru, Darkside's Roman "RAMZES666" Kushnarev talked about his own opinions towards the newly established roster of BetBoom Team prior to the latter’s debut match against Virtus.pro.

Having played with midlaner Danil "gpk" Skutin during his short time at Virtus.pro, Ramzes666 noted that gpk’s newest team will most likely dominate the EEU region during the first tour as he believed that everyone within the team including gpk are currently performing at a very high level. He also believes that the BetBoom Team will be undefeated during the first tour.

“I don't think that BetBoom will lose a single series. For some reason, I think they're just incredible. I just feel like it's in the air somehow. We haven't played any scrims with them, but I think it's just that Danil [gpk] is currently in an unreal form. Yeah, everyone there also [in unreal form], it's hard to single out anyone - there's epileptick1d [Nightfall], Save-, and Danil. What do we do against them to be honest?”

He also pointed out that Team Spirit will most likely prove to be a real challenge towards the newly established roster of BetBoom Team, saying that both teams stood out within the regional league.

“Team Spirit is also strong and I think they’ll be a challenge to BetBoom. It seems to me that two teams stand out in our division - Spirit and BetBoom. And all the other teams - that's six teams including us - will compete for the third Major slot. I guess so.”
