Valve announced earlier this week that it will be releasing its long awaited True Sight 2021 documentary, along with remastered versions of previous True Sights.
During a watchalong on the remastered True Sight 2018, Maximilian "qojqva" Bröcker talked about Ceb’s mentality during the The International 2018 (TI8) Grand Finals against PSG.LGD.
He also noted that he respects Sébastien "Ceb" Debs’s love for the game while motivating his teammates in the Grand Finals.

With Valve’s True Sight week slowly approaching to an end, yesterday saw the release of the remastered version of the True Sight 2018 documentary, which follows the story of OG’s miraculous run throughout The International 2018 (TI8) Grand Finals against PSG.LGD. During a watchalong on the remastered True Sight 2018, Maximilian "qojqva" Bröcker gave his opinion on TI8’s OG roster during the Grand Finals of TI8.

Qojqva also noted that he has full respect for Sébastien "Ceb" Debs’s passion for Dota 2 as shown in the documentary, after his amazing Axe performance in Game Four of the Grand Finals.

Qojqva thinks every player should have Ceb’s passion for the game

With Valve’s True Sight 2021 documentary being released tomorrow, many people within the community were excited to see the behind the scenes of the The International 2021 (TI10) Grand Finals between Team Spirit and PSG.LGD. However, before the release of its long awaited documentary Valve decided to release remastered versions of previous True Sights starting from the 2017 Kiev Major which included longer footage and insights on certain things.

Yesterday, Valve released its remaster of the TI8 True Sight which featured OG & PSG.LGD in the grand finals. Many people decided to re-watch the remastered documentary, including Maximilian "qojqva" Bröcker who attended TI8 with Alliance at the time. During a recent watchalong on his livestream, the former Alliance & Team Liquid mid laner gave his insight on OG’s offlaner, Sébastien "Ceb" Debs mentality during the Grand Finals of TI8.

“You know what I think? When Ceb [Sébastien "Ceb" Debs] says shit like this, I think it actually feels way deeper than it looks like because I think you definitely need like ideally, everyone on the team who is kinda like Ceb, a person who just genuinely loves to play Dota 2. Not like your typical Dota 2 player, who plays 8 pub games a day and then you’re done. That guy [Ceb] does not see it as a job and he still plays like 12 games a day after retirement, he’s addicted to the game.” said qojqva when talking about Ceb.

Qojqva then made a comparison between himself and OG in terms of games played per day, before saying that there is a huge difference on why OG succeeded in TI8 & TI9. “I mean, I also play 12 games a day. I can even safely say that I am also addicted to the game. But I think there’s a huge difference when it comes to OG’s success in TI8 & TI9, compared to other teams. Like Topson plays 15 games a day, Ceb is “married” to this game, I’ve seen JerAx play a lot of pubs back then and I know for a fact that Ana didn’t play at all before he rejoined OG at TI8. I don’t know about N0Tail, but Ceb and Topson are fucking addicted to this game hard.”

Despite taking a break from Dota or retiring after TI10, qojqva hit the mark on both Ceb’s and Topson’s commitment to the game as Ceb can be seen playing pub games on stream often and Topson recently played 30 games in a single day.
