In the post-match interview, speaks about what he believes is the best advice for up-and-coming players.
Team Secret has managed to perform very well in the Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) Western Europe (WEU) 2023 Tour 2: Division II, finishing first in the standings.

Team Secret, led by one of the oldest Dota 2 captains still actively playing the game, Puppey, recently secured a 2-0 victory over Old G in the DPC WEU 2023 Tour 2 Division II. Team Secret has had a tumultuous journey since the previous tour, with a disappointing run in Division I and multiple roster changes. In an attempt to turn things around, they added new players Armel "Armel" Tabios and Daniyal "yamich" Lazebnyy, and moved Miroslav "BOOM" Bičan to the offlane role. This decision seems to have paid off as they finished first in the standings, securing almost entirely a slot at Division I. In the post-match interview after their win, Clement "Puppey" Ivanov was present and asked about his advice for up-and-coming support players and those seeking leadership roles in their teams.  Puppey emphasized the importance of versatility and not giving up on your dreams of playing any role in the game, naming Sébastien "Ceb" Debs as an example.

Puppey talks about Ceb’s transition from coach to one of the best players

When asked about what kind of advice Puppey would give to up-and-coming players, he says that his advice would change depending on whether it is given to a young player. “Well, the thing is, the advice I would give myself at this age right now probably would not be the same as the advice I would give to a young person,” said Puppey.

The support player from Team Secret also went on to use Ceb as an example in his response. “In my opinion, if you’re young, you should practically be able to play any role pretty okay, you can't just play support and live with it or something like that. You gotta be able to bring everything to the table because you’re young and you’re supposed to be ambitious and you’re not supposed to give up on anything. You might be a support player, but, Ceb was a coach, then became an offlaner, never played offlane I think, mostly played midlane, and became the best offlaner. You should not give up on your dreams of any other role, you shouldn't tunnel vision yourself. Just be free and do whatever you want, dont tunnel vision on anything,” he added to his initial response.

Puppey's insights during the post-match interview shed light on what it takes to be a successful player and leader in Dota 2. His advice to young players to be versatile and never give up on their dreams is inspiring, and his own experience as a veteran player and captain of Team Secret is a testament to the value of hard work, perseverance, and dedication. As Team Secret heads into Division I in the next tour with their new lineup, fans eagerly anticipate what the future holds for Puppey and his team. One thing is certain, however, that Puppey's leadership and guidance will be instrumental in their success.
