Old G, the popular team competing in the Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) Western Europe (WEU) Tour 3: Division II has had a rocky road in the tournament, facing issues with its support player Adam "Aramis" Moroz and then failing to finish in the Top 2 and get promoted to Division I. In recent news, popular streamer Janne "Gorgc" Stefanovski shared his views on Old G’s carry player Volodymyr "No[o]ne" Minenko going back to spamming midlane heroes.

Additionally, a clip has surfaced about Sebastien "Ceb" Debs, another prominent player from Old G, who shared some disappointing remarks regarding the team’s future.

No[o]ne back to spamming midlane heroes

The carry player for Old G has been spotted spamming midlane heroes in his matchmaking games. This unexpected move has led to questions about the team's plans and has raised doubts about No[o]ne's future with Old G. Popular streamer Gorgc shared his thought process about it, stating that he believes the player is no longer with Old G.

“No[o]ne is back to spamming mid what do you think Old G wanna do? I have no idea actually. It’s really strange. If No[o]ne is playing mid I'm sure that’s for a reason. Either he’s out of OG which I think it looks like it. Because I’m looking at Topson’s page and he’s also playing mid and I don’t think Topson changed roles. I guess he’s out. Not going to Div I was the last drop I guess,” he said.

Ceb believes Old G is dead

Adding to the situation, Ceb made some disappointing remarks as seen in a clip of him on Dzmitry "Fishman" Palishchuk’s livestream. In response to the questions being asked to him about Old G, the two-time TI winner simply said “Old G is dead”, hinting at the fact that the team may have disbanded.

Old G's Recent Struggles

Old G's disappointing performance in the DPC Western Europe 2023 Tour 3: Division II has only added fuel to the speculation. Failing to secure a top-two finish and subsequently missing out on Division I for next year's competition may have potentially led to the team being uncertain about the future.

While nothing has been officially confirmed regarding No[o]ne's departure or the disbandment of Old G, the circumstances surrounding his return to midlane and the team's recent struggles have led to speculation within the Dota 2 community. Fans and analysts eagerly await official announcements to shed light on these rumors and see whether the well-known players from the team will be participating in the upcoming qualifiers for The International 12 (TI12).
