Highlights
Team SMG are missing from Southeast Asia's (SEA) list of qualified teams in the SEA Regional Qualifiers, according to the Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) app.
The team is likely ineligible to compete in the TI11 SEA after failing to register its player in time.
In total, eight teams who competed in Tour 3 of the DPC 2021/22 are missing from their respective regional qualifiers.

Team SMG and others were removed from regional qualifiers, according to the DPC mobile app.

Recently, Team SMG has been under the spotlight in the Dota community for all the wrong reasons. After the team controversially removed Micheal "ninjaboogie" Ross Jr. during the start of the third tour of the SEA DPC, Team SMG received a lot of flak for the manner in which it had handled the roster change.

The team went on to recruit Daryl "iceiceice" Koh and Wilson "poloson" Koh for the upcoming TI11 SEA Regional Qualifiers. However, the revamped roster might not be able to play the qualifiers as they were reportedly unable to register its newly recruited players in time.

According to Valve's DPC mobile application, Team SMG was not seen within the list of SEA's qualified teams for the upcoming qualifiers. This might be a direct result of Team SMG's failure of not registering its players in time despite leaks suggesting that the team was warned of the deadline in advance. Furthermore, despite rumors of other teams such as Nigma Galaxy SEA and Army Geniuses also not registering its players in time, those teams were seen within the list of qualified teams for the upcoming qualifiers.

These teams, despite not registering their renewed rosters in time, still had at least five players registered in their lineup at the time of the roster lock. Team SMG, on the other hand, has seemingly failed to do so.

Team SMG is not the only team to face this issue, as Valve's DPC mobile app also revealed that there are several other teams that are not listed within their respective regional qualifiers. Here are the list of the notable teams that are no longer listed within Valve's regional qualifiers:

Western Europe(WEU): EU Rejects

Eastern Europe (CIS): Former Team Empire lineup

China: Former Ybb Gaming lineup

Southeast Asia (SEA): Team SMG

North America (NA): 5ManMidas, Simply Toobased

South America (SA): Gorillaz-Pride, NoPing Esports

It is currently unclear on whether these teams have been unlisted from the TI11 qualifiers for the same reason.
