The Riyadh Masters 2023 will take place from 17th to 30th July and will feature a massive $15,000,000 prize pool for 20 of the best teams in the world.
Nigma Galaxy and Quest Esports both recently received direct invites for the Riyadh Masters MENA (Middle East and North Africa) Closed Qualifiers.
The two teams will be joined by two more that make their way through Open Qualifiers to battle it out for one qualification slot to the Riyadh Masters 2023.

The highly anticipated Riyadh Masters tournament is set to showcase the highest level of Dota 2 to the fans with its colossal $15,000,000 prize pool, attracting the best teams in the world. Scheduled to run from 17th to 30th July, the tournament promises some of the most cutthroat competition and thrilling matches. As the road to the event unfolds, some teams have already secured their spots, including Gaimin Gladiators and Tundra, with two more teams to be determined through Dreamleague Season 20. 

Recently, the tournament organizers have also announced invitations that have granted Nigma Galaxy and Quest Esports direct entry into the Riyadh Masters MENA Closed Qualifiers.

Qualified Teams for Riyadh Masters and MENA Closed Qualifiers

Currently, Gaimin Gladiators and Tundra Esports have qualified for the tournament, and two teams will be added after the conclusion of Dreamleague Season 20. In a recent announcement, it was announced that Nigma Galaxy and Quest Esports have received direct invites for the Riyadh Masters MENA (Middle East and North Africa) Closed Qualifiers. Both these teams will be joined alongside two other teams through the open qualifiers, where all 4 teams will be playing for a single slot to qualify for the Riyadh Masters 2023. 

Nigma Galaxy's Battle to Stay Afloat in DPC WEU Tour 3: Division II

While Nigma Galaxy has experienced a challenging season in the Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) Western Europe (WEU) Tour 3: Division II, the team’s invitation to the Riyadh Masters MENA Closed Qualifiers offers a chance to redeem themselves. Struggling to secure a spot in Division I, Nigma Galaxy faces an uphill battle in their quest for a place at The International 12. With direct qualification through DPC points unlikely, the team must rely on their performance in the qualifiers to keep their dreams alive.

Quest Esports' Stellar Performances and Bali Major Qualification

Quest Esports, on the other hand, has been making waves in the WEU Dota 2 scene. The team showcased their prowess in the DPC WEU Tour 3: Division I, securing a place among the top four teams. This impressive feat guaranteed a slot position in the Bali Major 2023 and most recently, a direct invite for the MENA Closed Qualifiers.

As the Riyadh Masters MENA Closed Qualifiers approach, all eyes are on Nigma Galaxy and Quest Esports, eager to witness their determination and skill in the quest for qualification to the main event.
