Miracle- Assassinates Brame as Nigma Galaxy Marches on in TI11 WEU Qualifiers

In the Western European (WEU) Regional Qualifiers, Nigma Galaxy faced off against Brame in the first round of the Lower Bracket.
Despite glimpses of hope from Brame in the first two games, Nigma Galaxy would claim the final victory as they defeated Brame 2-1.
Following the victory, Nigma Galaxy will extend its stay in The International 2022 (TI11) WEU Regional Qualifiers for another day as it will face DGG Esports tomorrow.

It is day two of the European (WEU) Regional Qualifiers and the community immediately shifted its direction toward the first round of the Lower Bracket. The viewers were looking forward to watching the series between Nigma Galaxy and Brame as the losing team would be eliminated from the qualifiers, ending its hope of attending The International 2022 (TI11). Despite Brame showing glimpses of hope as they take Nigma Galaxy to a third game, the latter would eventually claim the final laugh as it went on to defeat Brame 2-1.

Following its victory, Nigma Galaxy will live to see another day in the regional qualifier, and will face DGG Esports tomorrow in another elimination match.

Nigma Galaxy vs Brame: Match recap

Despite yesterday’s shocking loss towards goonsquad, the community were still expecting that the experience on Nigma Galaxy would help them advance in the Lower Bracket.

Game One

Game one saw Nigma Galaxy drafting Faceless Void, Death Prophet and Ivan "MinD_ContRoL" Ivanov’s signature hero Nature’s Prophet. On the opposing side, Brame picked up Pudge, Shadow Fiend and Pugna for its draft of the game. The early game was relatively quiet for the first ten minutes. However, Brame were the better team as Nigma Galaxy’s draft is more late-game oriented, meaning that it cannot withheld the aggression in the mid game. However, Nigma Galaxy managed to persevere long enough to get Amer "Miracle-" Al-Barkawi’s Faceless Void and Syed "SumaiL" Hassan’s items online for crucial teamfights. The game ended at 41 minutes, as Nigma Galaxy secured the first game of the best of three.

Game Two

Game Two of the series saw Brame picking up Clinkz, Viper and Batrider. On the other side, Nigma Galaxy went for Juggernaut and Doom while retaining SumaiL’s Death Prophet. While the early game went well for Nigma Galaxy, Brame’s Clinkz was providing a heavy amount of damage in teamfights. Despite Nigma Galaxy’s attempts to stall the game, Brame ended up forcing a Game Three as they claimed Nigma Galaxy’s Ancient at 45 minutes, ending the game.

Game Three

With no more room for error, both teams drafted aggressive lineups to give themselves the best chance of winning. Nigma Galaxy decided to put its faith in Death Prophet once again, while also picking up a surprising position five Alchemist for Kuro "KuroKy" Takhasomi. Brame on the other hand, decided that it would put its hopes on the Clinkz yet again.

Game three saw Nigma Galaxy totally dominating the map during the entire game, as Miracle- 's Sniper constantly decimated Brame with his insane damage from afar. Despite Brame’s best efforts in trying to defend its base, the amount of damage from the Sniper was overwhelming. Miracle- secured the win for his team with a rampage in the enemy fountain to move on to the next round of the qualifiers.

Following the series, Nigma Galaxy will advance into the second round of the Lower Bracket where it will face DGG Esports. Brame on the other hand, can no longer qualify for TI11 as it has been eliminated from the qualifiers.
