The International 2022 (TI11) Last Chance Qualifiers will begin next week, as twelve teams will fight for the remaining two spots for TI11.
Team Bald Reborn captain and streamer Janne "Gorgc" Stefanovski shared his top two choices to advance from the LCQ.
He noted that while there are a few teams capable of qualifying, he decided that Xtreme Gaming and Team Secret will have the best chance of winning the LCQ.

The International 2022 (TI11) begins next weekend on the 8th October, as the Last Chance Qualifiers (LCQ) will determine the final two teams that will be playing in the Group Stages. The Last Chance Qualifiers will include twelve teams from six regions as they look to qualify for the biggest Dota 2 tournament of the year.

In a recent livestream, Team Bald Reborn captain and streamer, Janne "Gorgc '' Stefanovski gave his opinion on which teams will most likely advance from the Last Chance Qualifiers.

Gorgc predicts Team Secret & Xtreme Gaming to advance from the LCQ

During a recent livestream, Gorgc was browsing about the Last Chance Qualifiers on the Dota 2 predictions page. He then decided to give his opinion on each team that will be playing in the Last Chance Qualifiers, starting with Team Secret and Virtus.pro. He then said that Secret will be the first team to qualify from the Last Chance Qualifiers.

“I think Secret performs really well on LAN events, so I am going to go with Secret for one of the slots. VP [Virtus.pro] were extremely….I mean they were supposed to qualify for TI11, so they are considered as the heavy favorites to win it all. But they do tend to choke at LAN events, so VP will not be qualifying from the LCQ in my opinion.”

He then moved his sights onto T1. While making fun of T1’s photoshopped pictures of Anathan "ana" Pham and Topias "Topson" Taavitsainen, he stated that it will be extremely difficult for the Southeast Asian team to advance due to stiff competition from other teams.

“You can kind of underrate this team [T1], I mean it is still ana and Topson at TI but I think the competition is going to be tough for them.”

After quickly browsing through both North American and South American teams, Gorgc noted that the Chinese teams in the Last Chance Qualifiers are no pushover as Xtreme Gaming and Vici Gaming are looking decent after the TI11 China Regional Qualifiers. However, the streamer made his second choice by picking Xtreme Gaming.

“We have some Chinese teams here, you can’t sleep on these teams [Xtreme Gaming & Vici Gaming]. You have Xtreme Gaming with Paparazi灬 & old eLeVeN and Vici Gaming with Yang. Actually, I’m gonna go with Xtreme Gaming as my second team to make it out of the LCQ. These [Team Secret & Xtreme Gaming] are my top two teams here.”

Before ending the discussion, he noted that he would like to put Team Liquid as his second team to make it out of the Last Chance Qualifiers. However, the team’s performances at LAN events didn’t impress him enough to make that decision.

“I would put Liquid here, but they are like online kings. They perform well online but they don’t do so well at LAN events so I can make that choice. While I did pick my top two teams, I think T1, VP [Virtus.pro] and Liquid are heavy contenders for the spots.”

The Last Chance Qualifiers will begin next weekend, with second and third place teams from each regional qualifiers will compete against each other for the remaining two spots at TI11 as the qualifier begins on 8th Oct to 12th Oct.
