Team Empire has knocked out the reformed Na’Vi stack from the lower bracket of the EEU TI10 regional qualifiers. Empire defeated Na’Vi 2-1 in their matchup in the lower bracket. This loss will disappoint the multitude of Na’Vi fans who were on the hype train of No[o]ne and SoNNeikO’s addition to the team before the qualifiers. Na’Vi looked absolutely dominant in their first game but Team Empire flipped the switch and completely figured out Na’Vi in games two and three, taking the win. This is the third consecutive win in the lower bracket for Team Empire and they are looking stronger with every opponent they face.

Game one was a clinical win by Na’Vi. They played their lanes right, came out with an advantage, and rode the momentum. They executed their Gyro+Templar Assassin line-up perfectly and were in control of the game for its entire duration, leaving no chance for Empire to strike back.
Game two, however, saw Na’Vi completely lose their momentum as Team Empire turned the tables on them. Na’Vi’s repeat Gyro carry pick was perfectly countered with the mid Lina by Empire, constantly bursting the Gryo down with ease. The game was close but Empire perfectly drafted the Spectre which undoubtedly carried them in the late game.
Game three was a clinical return by Team Empire. Although Na’Vi came ahead in the laning stage, Empire completely figured out No[o]one’s mid Storm Spirit and consistently got kills and pickoffs, leading to an overwhelming gold lead for Empire. Na’Vi tried to play the Gyro yet again, with an IO this time but ended up failing.
This loss will be a tough blow on the Na’Vi squad. The team was quite literally reformed as a Virtus.pro clone when RAMZES666 was added to the team along with the follow-up additions of No[o]ne and SoNNeikO. There were high expectations from the fans considering the caliber of players but their journey to TI comes to an end.
Ex-Na’Vi players GeneRal and Iceberg immediately Tweet about Na’Vi’s loss. Empire’s Vanskor joins in on the fun
Since their removal and replacement from the Na’Vi squad, Victor ‘GeneRal’ Nigrini and Bogdan "Iceberg" Vasilenko have not missed a chance at making snarky comments whenever Na’Vi loses. Their latest jab at Na’Vi came minutes after their loss and elimination by Team Empire. GeneRal ‘commended’ the Na’Vi players.

Team Empire player Vanskor did not hold back on the memes either, after beating Na'Vi. He posted a tweet showcasing an in-game chat screenshot in which Na’Vi player Ramzes says:
“If I ever got caught like that by Vanskor's Bane as Slark I would never play Dota again.”
Vanskor also added a cheeky “gg Na’Vi!” with his tweet.
