During a post-match interview, Team Liquid coach William "Blitz" Lee took a few hilarious shots at Gaimin Gladiators’ Quinn "Quinn" Callahan on his behavior during the series.
Quinn was seen being very animated at the end of Game Two, after he handed Team Liquid its first loss in the DPC 2023 with a last-pick Huskar.
However, Team Liquid ended up returning the favor as they defeated Gaimin Gladiators and became the first WEU team to qualify for the Lima Major.

Team Liquid coach William "Blitz" Lee jokingly took a few jabs at Gaimin Gladiators’ midlaner Quinn "Quinn" Callahan after defeated him 2-1 in Division I of the Western Europe Dota Pro Circuit 2023 (WEU DPC 2023): Winter Tour. Despite Gaimin Gladiators having handed Team Liquid its first match loss after 11 consecutive wins, Team Liquid still managed to get the job done as they became the first WEU team to qualify for the upcoming Lima Major in Peru.

During the post-match interview, Blitz had a few words to say to his popular North American star.

“You got to win 2 games to talk sh**” - Blitz goes off on Quinn

Team Liquid coach Blitz became the latest member of the team to be interviewed following its sixth consecutive series win in the WEU DPC. While the coach mainly talked about the match against Gaimin Gladiators during the post match interview, he also had a few words to say to his fellow American, Quinn on Gaimin Gladiators.

At the end of Game Two, Quinn secured a rampage on his last-pick Huskar and ended up handing Team Liquid its first loss in the DPC 2023. However, Team Liquid managed to win the next game and secured the series.

Blitz started off by immediately roasting Quinn, as he made fun of the Gaimin Gladiator’s mid laner for the cheesy Huskar mid lane pick in Game Two. “So this trash can, this absolute dumpster of a Game One, he doesn't say anything but then he last pick cheesed Huskar, which by the way miCKe saw it coming but I was like, ‘No, Quinn has more shame than that, he has pride. No way he picks Huskar going into the Ember.’ But then he picked it, and miCKe turned to me after they picked it and we still almost won that game!” he said.

He added on by saying that Quinn should remember that he is playing in Europe and not North America. “And then he starts talking trash at the start of Game Three. I would have respected it if it came in Game One. This isn't NA (North America) where you win one game and everybody falls apart, you're not playing against some like OmegaLUL Gaming, this is Europe, you gotta win three games to talk shit. Sorry. Actually, you got to win two games to talk shit,” he added.

He then ended the discussion by jokingly saying that he will sponsor Quinn’s airplane ticket back to NA on the worst possible airline.

Team Liquid are currently top of the WEU DPC standings, with six consecutive wins. Additionally, following the victory Team Liquid has also secured a direct invitation to the upcoming Lima Major in Peru with one game remaining.
