BetBoom Team has announced its newest roster for the upcoming 2022/2023 Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) season.
The roster will consist of Pure, gpk , Nightfall, Save- & TORONTOTOKYO
TORONTOTOKYO will be playing as position five support following his recent departure from Team Spirit.

With the deadline for roster registration approaching its final hours, many teams have begun to announce their finalized roster for the upcoming competitive season. This includes BetBoom Team, who have announced their roster for the Eastern European (EEU) Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) league.

BetBoom Team had a decent competitive season in 2022, as the team did well regionally while also achieving a top eight finish at the Stockholm Major. While the team did qualify for TI11 via the regional qualifiers, the team’s 17th-20th finish at the event saw its former roster released at the start of the off-season.

BetBoom Team acquires the Nightfall & Save- stack

“The long-awaited announcement of our new roster!  ❤️💛. We wish them success and look forward to the games with their participation 😍” announced the organization on its Twitter page.

BetBoom Team’s roster for the 2022/2023 DPC season has been confirmed with the following players:-

  1. Ivan “Pure” Moskalenko

  2. Danil "gpk" Skutin

  3. Egor "Nightfall" Grigorenko

  4. Vitalie "Save-" Melnic

  5. Alexander "TORONTOTOKYO" Khertek

  6. Anatoly "boolk" Ivanov (head coach)

BetBoom’s newest roster was heavily contested during the roster shuffle season, as it was initially reported that the Nightfall & Save- stack would be acquired by either BetBoom Team or Pari Parni for the upcoming season. However, it appears that BetBoom won the battle as it acquired a new roster with young and upcoming players.

Pure made headlines in 2022 as a versatile and effective carry. Despite his controversial departure from Virtus.pro, his time with Entity proved to be valuable as he became a crucial part of the team’s success in the latter stages of the recent competitive season, which included Entity’s qualification to its first ever International.

The trio of gpk, Nightfall & Save- on the other hand, had experience playing with each other as they were teammates in Virtus.pro (VP) in 2021. However following the conclusion of The International 2021 (TI10), Nightfall left VP to become Evil Geniuses’ new offlaner while Save- was moved into the team’s inactive roster.

The final player of the team will be Alexander "TORONTOTOKYO" Khertek, as he will be swapping roles into the position 5 support. TORONTOTOKYO achieved great success with Team Spirit, as he won TI10 as the team’s mid laner on top on winning multiple LAN tournaments. However, following the team’s disappointing title defense at TI11 TORONTOTOKYO decided that it was time for him to pursue other opportunities as he swapped roles for the upcoming season.

BetBoom Team will play in Division 1 of the first regional league of the EEU DPC 2022-23 following the announcement of its new roster. BetBoom Team will be looking to prove itself as the strongest team in the region. However, the team will also face tough competition against the likes of Team Spirit, Virtus.pro & NAVI.
