The spotlight remains on the remaining 9 spots yet to be determined, as teams continue their pursuit of DPC points to secure a coveted position at TI12. The list below will be updated as more teams qualify

1. Team Liquid

Team Liquid's roster:

  • Michael "miCKe" Vu

  • Michał "Nisha" Jankowski

  • Ludwig "zai" Wåhlberg

  • Samuel "Boxi" Svahn

  • Aydin "iNSaNiA" Sarkohi

Team Liquid became the first team to qualify for The International 2023 (TI12) after commanding performances in Tours 1 and 2 of the DPC 2023 Western Europe and runner-up finishes at The Lima Major 2023 and The Berlin Major 2023.

2. Gaimin Gladiators

Gaimin Gladiator's roster:

  • Anton "dyrachyo" Shkredov

  • Quinn "Quinn" Callahan

  • Marcus "Ace" Hoelgaard

  • Erik "tOfu" Engel

  • Melchior "Seleri" Hillenkamp

Perhaps the most dominant Dota 2 team in the world at the moment, with back to back wins at The Lima Major 2023 and The Berlin Major 2023, Gaimin Gladiators became the second team to grab an invite to TI12 with the conclusion of the DPC WEU 2023 Tour 3: Division I

3. Evil Geniuses

Evil Geniuses' roster:

  • Crhistian "Pakazs" Savina

  • Jean Pierre "Chris Luck" Salazar

  • Adrián "Wisper" Dobles

  • Farith "Matthew" Puente

  • Jose "Panda" Padilla

The South American powerhouse is perhaps the strongest team to ever emerge out of the region, and the team has consistently put forth impressive performances in the South American DPC Leagues as well as the Lima and Berlin Majors to become the third team to qualify for The International 2023.

4. Shopify Rebellion

Shopify Rebellion's roster:

  • Artour "Arteezy" Babaev

  • Abed "Abed" Yusop

  • Jonáš "SabeRLight-" Volek

  • Andreas "Cr1t-" Nielsen

  • Tal "Fly" Aizik

The North American stalwarts have done it again, this time under a new banner. With commanding performances in the North American DPC, and reasonably good performances in the Lima and Berlin Majors, the team cemented its place at The International 12.

5. Tundra Esports

Tundra Esports' roster:

  • Oliver "skiter" Lepko

  • Leon "Nine" Kirilin

  • Neta "33" Shapira

  • Martin "Saksa" Sazdov

  • Wu "Sneyking" Jingjun

The reigning champions will have a chance to defend the Aegis at The International 12. Although the team is yet to hit the highs it showcased at Singapore last year, Tundra has proven itself to still be formidable opponents against any team it encounters.

6. Talon Esports

Talon Esports roster:

  • Nuengnara "23savage" Teeramahanon

  • Rafli "Mikoto" Rahman

  • Anucha "Jabz" Jirawong

  • Worawit "Q" Mekchai

  • Chan "Oli" Chon Kien

Often considered the strongest team from Southeast Asia (SEA), Talon Esports are the first team from the region to qualify for TI12 through a direct invite. Although the team has not won any Tier 1 tournaments in the 2023 DPC season, Talon's consistent performance in both the Majors and the DPC tours have earned them enough points to qualify.

7. 9Pandas

9Pandas' roster:

  • Roman "RAMZES666" Kushnarev

  • Gleb "kiyotaka" Zyryanov

  • Matvey "MieRo`" Vasyunin

  • Vladislav "Antares" Kertman

  • Alexey "Solo" Berezin

9Pandas is a relatively new organization for Dota 2, where they entered the scene by signing the previous Hellraisers squad and all of its players. The team has managed to do well in the DPC EEU Tours, accumulating points through these tours, which were its main source of DPC points to qualify for The International 12. The team is considered to be one of the strongest in the EEU region, alongside Team Spirit and BetBoom

8. Team Spirit

Team Spirit's roster:

  • Illya "Yatoro" Mulyarchuk

  • Denis "Larl" Sigitov

  • Magomed "Collapse" Khalilov

  • Miroslaw "Mira" Kolpakov

  • Yaroslav "Miposhka" Naidenov

As champions of The International 10, Team Spirit are seen as one of the strongest teams in the world. They have managed to maintain their form even after TI10 and after a slight decline at TI11, the team managed to bounce back with the addition of Denis "Larl" Sigitov to the team, replacing Alexander "TORONTOTOKYO" Khertek.

9. PSG.LGD

PSG.LGD's roster:

  • Guo "shiro" Xuanang

  • Cheng "NothingToSay" Jin Xiang

  • Li "niu" Kongbo

  • Lin "planet" Hao

  • Zhang "y`" Yiping

PSG.LGD, the Chinese team with a lot of history of going far at multiple variations of The International, is now the first team from China to qualify for the event, giving the region much needed representation at the biggest event of the year. The team has been one of the stronger teams on the international Dota 2 landscape, especially after the addition of its new offlane player, niu.

10. Beastcoast

Beastcoast's roster:

  • David "Parker" Nicho Flores

  • Gonzalo "DarkMago" Herrera

  • Rafael "Sacred" Yonatan

  • Elvis "Scofield" Peña

  • Steven "StingeR" Vargas

Beastcoast, alongside Evil Geniuses, are considered to be the two strongest teams from the South America (SA) region and often represent the region in all of the international tournaments. The team's performance at the Bali Major 2023 has made it the second team from SA to directly qualify for The International 12. The team recently parted ways with Héctor "K1" Rodríguez and added Parker to its ranks, and will be playing at TI12 with the new player.

11. TSM

TSM's roster:

  • Enzo "Timado" Gianoli

  • Jonathan "Bryle" Santos

  • Ilyas "kasane" Gainullin

  • Matthew "Ari" Walker

  • Matthew "Whitemon" Filemon

As the second contender from North America (NA), TSM has had a good run in the DPC 2023 season, gathering enough DPC points to qualify for The International 12. Even though the team did not qualify for the Bali Major 2023, the results of the major has led them to get the direct qualification for TI12.

12. BetBoom Team

BetBoom Team's roster:

  • Egor "Nightfall" Grigorenko

  • Danil "gpk" Skutin

  • Ivan "Pure" Moskalenko

  • Vitalie "Save-" Melnic

  • Alexander "TORONTOTOKYO" Khertek

A poor lapse in judgement from Pure should made BetBoom Team very nervous about their chances of qualifying to TI12. But in the end, they managed to do just enough to qualify. The team has shown brief glimpses of form where they've been the best team in the world, but their ability to execute in the clutch, in LAN tournaments has been a little suspect.

The stakes are high, and teams are aware that their success in this crucial phase will directly impact their chances of securing a spot at The International 12. The Dota 2 community eagerly awaits the upcoming battles and anxiously follows the results, as teams strive to make their mark and earn their rightful place among the elite competitors at TI12.
