  • The tournament will take place from 15th -28th June 2020

The tournament organizers behind Epicenter: Epic Esports Event, RuHub studio and Beyond The Summit have partnered together to host the BEYOND EPIC Dota 2 tournament, featuring a $250k prize pool. 

The competition will take place in two regions

Europe and CIS:

  • 12 teams will play in Europe and CIS region for the $200k prize pool.
  • Group stage matches will be held from 15th - 24th June 2020.
  • Playoffs will take place from 25th to 28th June 2020.

China:

  • 8 teams will compete in the Chinese region for the $50k prize pool. 
  • Group stage matches will be held from 21st - 25th June 2020.
  • Playoffs will take place from 26th to 28th June 2020.

The Teams: Invites and Qualifications

Europe and CIS Division:

The Europe and CIS division will feature 12 teams competing in the Group Stages. 10 teams will be invited to the event (3 teams will be announced in the future) while 2 teams can qualify for the tournament. Teams can register to compete in these qualifiers HERE.

The tournament has also announced that no two teams from the same organization will be allowed to compete in this tournament. So VP.Prodigy or OG.Seed will not be allowed to compete in this tournament.

Chinese Division:

The Chinese Division will feature 8 teams competing in the Group Stages. All 8 teams will be directly invited to this tournament.
