Valve is swimming in money right now after the release of their Battle Pass earlier today. Despite the ongoing lockdown and the uncertainty of TI10, the prize pool for the tournament has already crossed the $5 Million Mark in record time.
The new Battle Pass has raised the prize pool of TI10 to just over $5 Million in just 9 hours. This is faster than the International 9 Battle Pass which raised the prize pool to $4.66 Million within the same timeframe.

This already makes the International 10, the 11th largest esports tournament in history.
While many predicted that the International 10 Battle Pass might rake in less than the International 9’s because of the ongoing lockdowns due to which wallets may be tight, it looks like there is no slowing down this year’s Battle Pass. At this rate, it is on track to exceed the previous year’s numbers.
