Gambit Esports has revealed the line-up that will play at the ESL One Birmingham 2020 - Online: Europe & CIS tournament. Evgeniy "Blizzy" Ree and Vladimir "yol" Basov joined the team as stand-ins - and will replace Maxim "Shachlo" Abramovskikh and Artsiom "fng" Barshak.
Gambit Esports' Roster Changes
- fng will continue on his stint with Alliance, as Gambit Esports has announced that he has been loaned to the Swedish organization for two more months.
- Shachlo, on the other hand, will be benched for the time being. He was playing for Cyber Legacy, in the WePlay! Pushka League 2020.
Hence Gambit Esports' new roster will be:
- Kiyalbek "dream" Tayirov
- Danil "gpk" Skutin
- Evgeniy "Blizzy" Ree (Stand-in)
- Danial "XSvamp1Re" Alibaev
- Vladimir "yol" Basov (Stand-in)
V1lat's Comments on fng
Following this, popular Russian commentator, V1lat commented on the move stating that he hoped fng would join Alliance on a permanent basis after his loan period came to a close.
fng joined Alliance as a stand-in on April 24th. With them, he competed in the WePlay! Pushka League 2020 and finished in 5th-6th place in the tournament. He also competed in the OGA Dota PIT 2020 Online: Europe/CIS and finished in 5th-6th place.
