OG Mocks Lil after Beating him to Qualify for the ESL One LA Major

Well if you dish it out, you’ve got to take it.

Earlier this month, Lil stated that Saksa was overrated and that having three accounts at the top of the leaderboards was nothing special. N0tail stepped in and defended Saksa, by pointing out that it shows ‘immense mental fortitude’.

Later, the player deleted that Tweet and instead posted a gif of Topson stating that he “Let his play do the talking”.

So after OG beat Lil’s team (Aggressive Mode), they decided to give the outspoken CIS player a taste of his own medicine. They mocked the now-deleted Tweet, by posting a highlight of Saksa’s play in the series.

Earlier today, OG and Team Secret became the first two European teams to book a slot in the ESL One Los Angeles 2020 Major. Aggressive Mode will face off against NiP later tomorrow to decide who will be the third and final European team to compete in the Major.

Author’s Opinion: While it might not be the most neutral approach an organisation can take, it is nice to see OG maintaining their memey and casual approach to the game. The organisation has always strayed away from the corporate-structure that most esports organisations adapt, which makes them quite unique amongst their competitors.
