Report: Vitality Might Replace Misutaaa, Target Spinx to Join CS:GO Roster
The ENCE star rifler could end up joining Vitality.
Team Vitality has not had a great first half in the competitive season so far, crashing out of the recently concluded IEM Cologne 2022 in the group stage itself.
The continued slump seems to have affected the team, as the French esports organization which went international earlier this year might be looking to make a roster shuffle before stepping into the second half of the circuit.
Vitaltiy might be looking to bench its young entry fragger, Kévin "misutaaa" Rabier. The team may be looking to replace him with the Israeli star rifler, Lotan "Spinx" Giladi, according to a report by 1pv.fr.
If this report is actually true, it is a gutsy move by Vitality to target Spinx considering that he has been the best player for ENCE in the last few months, contributing heavily to their recent glimmer of success and the Finnish organization would not be looking to part ways with him easily.
Vitality reportedly targeting Spinx as a replacement for Misutaaa
The 2022 competitive season has been a clear struggle for Vitality thus far, not being able to utilize its international CS:GO roster as intended due to certain shortcomings. Its best placement has been a second-place finish at the BLAST Premier: Spring Finals 2022, apart from which this iteration of the roster has failed to attain any other podium finishes.
With the player summer break arriving, all the teams have a good month to rest, spend quality time with their families, and recollect their thoughts, but it is also an important time during which many CS:GO rosters undergo changes in preparation for the next six months of competition.
Misutaaa, the young entry fragger seems to be on the chopping block as per the report. His performance has certainly taken a dip since transitioning to an international roster, currently holding an overall HLTV rating of 0.93 compared to 1.02 from last year.
Vitality is allegedly eyeing the talented 21-year-old rifler Spinx as a replacement, but there might be complications considering this move as he is currently a part of ENCE's active roster and honestly quite an important player for them.
Apart from him, Vitality also has other options in mind and is keeping its search open for potential candidates that could be a perfect replacement for misutaaa.
These changes if true will likely take place within the duration of the next one month and we may witness the following Vitality roster, post the player break,
Dan "apEX" Madesclaire [IGL]
Mathieu "ZywOo" Herbaut
Peter "dupreeh" Rasmussen
Emil "Magisk" Reif
Lotan "Spinx" Giladi
Danny "zonic" Sørensen [Coach]
