FURIA is the last remaining Brazilian team at the Major and the team is also representing the North American region.

Brazilian esports organization FURIA is the last remaining team at the PGL Major Stockholm 2021 to make its way through the North American Major Rankings. Being a Brazilian team that qualified for the tournament through the North American circuit, both the regions combined are supporting the team wholeheartedly during the ongoing Champions Stage.

Amidst all the support and zeal being expressed by the supporters, Brazilian star footballer Neymar who is a huge CS:GO fan has also come forward to express his support for FURIA Esports in their playoffs run at the PGL Major Stockholm 2021.

Neymar mentioned each and every player on FURIA's roster, hyping them up before their quarterfinals match against the formidable-looking Gambit Esports, who are touted as one of the favorites to win the Major.

One of the best football players in the world, Neymar, has always been vocal and expressive towards his love for the Valve shooter CS:GO. Not only this, he has also been seen closely associating with top teams and players from Brazil like MIBR, FURIA, and more.

With the biggest CS:GO tournament returning after more than two years and FURIA having fought its way through to the Champions Stage, Neymar has publicly expressed his support towards the team and its players as they prepare for the Playoffs run.

Despite the early collapse of the Brazilian trio of Sharks Esports, GODSENT, and paiN Gaming in the Challengers Stage, FURIA managed to make it through the Legends Stage as the last team representing both Brazil and North America.

Neymar while appreciating FURIA said that if there is something that truly makes him happy, it is to see the Brazilians fulfilling their dreams. Despite being the underdogs in this playoffs bracket, FURIA have indeed reached the main stage to play in front of a live audience.

Given the fast paced gameplay and the nerves associated with such a huge LAN tournament, even a beast like Gambit Esports can be tamed if the stars align. It will be interesting to see how the FURIA ESports performs tonight even if it may be against the odds!
