Regional RMR Qualifier Format
Europe, North America, South America
These three regions follow a similar regional qualifier format with minimal changes between them and have hence been grouped together.
For these regions CS:GO teams from the open qualifiers will directly qualify for the respective RMR events (Europe and America), where they will join certain teams that have directly qualified as a result of obtaining 'Legends Status' during the PGL Antwerp Major 2022.
All the qualifying matches will be a single game affair following a single-elimination bracket, except for the final qualifying round where all matches will be a best-of-three series.
Europe - A total of 20 CS:GO teams will qualify through the four open regional qualifiers, some teams will make it to European RMR A and others to European RMR B.
Already qualified teams for RMR A are FaZe Clan, Team Spirit, NIP, G2 Esports, Cloud9, Bad News Eagles.
Already qualified teams for RMR B are NAVI, ENCE, Heroic, Team Vitality, BIG, Outsiders.
North America - A total of six CS:GO teams will qualify through the three open qualifiers, two from each.
South America - A total of seven CS:GO teams will qualify through the three open qualifiers, two from the first two and three from the third.
Already qualified teams for American RMR are FURIA Esports, Imperial Esports, Team Liquid.
Qualifying slots for the three RMR tournaments are as follows,
Europe RMR A | 4th to 9th October, Malta
1st - 4th - Legends Stage
5th - 6th - Challengers Stage
7th - 8th - Contenders Stage

China, Ocenia, Middle East, Asia
For all these four regions, the four teams that qualify through their respective open qualifiers (two from each) will go on to compete in a double-elimination closed qualifier, the winners advancing ahead to the Asia RMR through which only two will qualify for the IEM Rio Major 2022.
