Hobbit Explains How Gambit's CS:GO Roster Actually Operates

Senior Gambit Esports' player Abai "Hobbit" Hasenov played really well in the recently concluded PGL Major Stockholm 2021. Despite crashing out in the semifinals against NAVI, the 27 year old put up an incredible individual performance to continue fighting till the very last round.
He believes that it was the inexperience of his teammates that got the better of them, as they got overwhelmed on the big stage against a juggernaut like NAVI. To put this into perspective, all the four players except for Hobbit were competing in their first-ever CS:GO Major, and yet managed to pull off a 3rd-4th place finish in Stockholm, Sweden.
In a recent vlog released by Gambit Esports, Hobbit speaks about where the team lacked and most importantly the structure this team follows, how they operate internally, and what seems to be their biggest strength.

Despite having four out of five players compete at the Major for the first time ever, Gambit Esports put up a solid performance. They qualified through the Legends Stage and made it all the way to the semifinals before bowing out of the tournament.
Even with a team that is inexperienced when it comes to playing at a LAN tournament, that too in front of more than 16,000 spectators, Gambit lived up to its expectation. The credit was given to the team's mentality and their clean, confident approach towards CS:GO.
Shedding some light on how the team operates internally, Hobbit, in a recent team vlog, explained that Gambit has a very clear and concise system that all the players on the CS:GO lineup follow strictly without any violations.
We don't have democracy. We have a hierarchy starting with our main person, the coach (Konstantin "groove" Pikiner), then there is the IGL (Vladislav "nafany" Gorshkov), this is followed by the players me, Dmitriy "sh1ro" Sokolov, and so on. Agreeing with Hobbit's statement, sh1ro says that Gambit Esports is trying to find the right balance and he believes that it has proven to be their key to success so far.
This insight into how Gambit operates its CS:GO team is similar to something which has been observed over in their Valorant roster as well. Even over there the players had given a lot of credit to their coach Andrey "Engh" Sholokhov and seem to follow a similar strategy.
