CSGO Streamer Ohnepixel Receives Over $128K Worth of CSGO Cases as Gift
“Take it, I don’t want to hold cases/capsules anymore", says donor.
Mark a.k.a Ohnepixel - a popular CS:GO Twitch streamer and skin trader has received one of the largest on-stream donations ever witnessed. A user by the name of ‘Server Controller’ sent Ohnepixel a friend request on Steam, along with a trade offer that contained 210 items worth a jaw-dropping total of € 118,346.45 ($128,789.93 USD).
The trade offer contained some of the most coveted items in CS:GO such as the EMS Katowice 2014 Legends Sticker Case (worth over $20,000), multiple Krakow 2017 Cobblestone Souvenir Packages (worth over $1,400), Weapon Cases and Operation Bravo Cases.
Server Controller’s Message to Ohnepixel Regarding the $128,000 CS:GO Skin Donation
In a message sent via Steam to Ohnepixel, his most generous donor to date said “I sold one skin on the csgoroll website, now when walking in public I have to keep looking over my shoulder. Good luck.” According to Ohnepixe, this donor is “juiced to the max” and recently won around $3 million through CS:GO gambling.
Understandably, Ohnepixel was left dumbfounded by this offer and replied to his donor confirming if he was sure that he wanted to go through with the trade. To which Server Controller responded, “take it, I don’t want to hold cases/capsules anymore.”
Ohnepixel went on to reveal that he had opened a Katowice 2014 capsule for this donor in the past, where he simply unboxed the item and sent it back to Server Controller. He confessed to his viewers that his entire inventory could be put into a trade offer and it would probably be worth 100K EUR. Before finally accepting the trade offer, Ohnepixel called his mother to tell her the news followed by a conversation with his friends.
It should be noted that the streamer is now at the mercy of odds when opening these cases and capsules, which he plans to do live on his stream at 8 p.m. CET on Friday, July 7, 2023. Regardless of the outcome, this will be a net positive for Ohnepixel considering that he received these items for free.
Ever since Valve confirmed the upcoming release of Counter-Strike 2, the CS:GO skin economy has been on an uptrend. The game has a vibrant skin trading and collecting community that includes users like Ohnepixel himself, who open cases live on their stream. Server Controller's $100K + donation is sure to cause quite a stir in the CS:GO community.
