  • CS:GO analysts from 'Esports Transfers' estimate the transfer value of both s1mple and ZywOo.
  • Their final estimate reveals that s1mple is the most expensive CS:GO player in the world.
  • According to the CS:GO analysts, there is a difference of $1,050,000 USD between the estimated transfer values of the two players.

Mathieu "ZywOo" Herbaut and Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev are two of the best CS:GO players in the world at the moment. There is always stiff competition between these two throughout the competitive season to prove who is the better player. While ZywOo has managed to beat s1mple by a hairline two times in a row for the title of ‘CS:GO Player of the Year’, it seems ZywOo’s estimated buyout price is still nowhere near that of s1mple’s according to CS:GO analysts who have estimated their transfer values. Let’s take a look at what their predicted transfer values are and how did these CS:GO analysts reach those numbers.

ZywOo and s1mple transfer values revealed - Who is costlier?

An analysis done by ‘Esports Transfers’ via a YouTube video by ‘WePlay!’ on 19 Jan has revealed that s1mple might be the most valuable CS:GO player in the world currently. While this statement might sound obvious to many, they have backed this information up with detailed stats which also goes on to predict the Ukrainian star’s transfer value.

To make matters even more interesting, they have also estimated the transfer value of the best CS:GO player in the world for the year 2019 and 2020 - ZywOo. Both these players have been compared with each other across five different parameters; Leadership, Marketability, Consistency, Skills, and Demand. Each of these parameters has been further divided into subcategories upon which the players have been rated.

Based on the final score, which is the average of all the rated parameters along with some ‘complex calculations’, the CS:GO analysts come up with a player’s estimated transfer value. This is how both s1mple and ZywOo were rated by the analysts across the different parameters,

Both the players received equal points under the categories of Leadership, Consistency, and Skills. The two remaining parameters were won by s1mple, Marketability and Demand.

  • S1mple is definitely a more marketable player as he can properly understand and speak English, which is a huge advantage. ZywOo is only fluent in French which limits his audience and content.

  • When it comes to social media, s1mple has a huge lead over ZywOo across all popular platforms. He is overall more active on social media, has a more diverse audience due to the variety of content that he uploads, has a better connection with his fans as he streams a lot, keeps in touch with the community via FPL, and also owns his own business on the side.

  • All of this combined automatically makes him a more desirable player, along with more experience having played CS:GO and the ability to flawlessly switch between a rifle and an AWP without any significant drop in performance.

The final verdict by the CS:GO analysts estimates ZywOo’s transfer value to be a massive $3,400,000 USD while that of s1mple comes out to be $4,450,000 USD, making him the most expensive player in the CS:GO scene.
