Na’Vi Organizes Birthday Showmatch
The Ukrainian organization which came into existence 11 years ago on 17th December 2009 as part of its birthday celebration had organized a CS:GO and a Dota 2 showmatch yesterday. This showmatch comprised of current Na’Vi members and took place between Yevhen Zolotarov (CEO) and Alexander "ZeroGravity" Kokhanovskyy (co-founder).
Zolotarov’s team was called ‘Team CEO’ and along with him comprised of ALWAYSWANNAFLY, Iceberg, s1mple, m0NESY, and Evelone. While ZeroGravity’s team called ‘Team Zero’ alongside him consisted of ceh9, Edward, Dendi, and XBOCT.
Both the teams excluding their captains had two CS:GO and two Dota 2 players each as they went head-to-head against each other on a LAN setup. However, despite the equal distribution of players ‘Team CEO’ came out on top across both the titles.
S1mple Beats Dendi - CS:GO And Dota 2
The showmatch started off with Dota 2 where Dendi was playing his iconic hero Pudge while s1mple on the opposite team was playing the role of a carry with Juggernaut. Both the teams fought well but ‘Team CEO’ who had a strong start finally won the game in the 33rd minute.
This was followed by a game of CS:GO on the classic Dust 2 which once again ended in the favour of ‘Team CEO’ as s1mple led his side from the front. Though all eyes were on Edward during the game as he pulled off some insane plays and was hands-down the MVP of the CS:GO showmatch.
