One of the senior members of OG Nathan “NBK-” Schmitt recently revealed the two things Sebastien “Ceb” Debs wants to achieve with the CS:GO team. The first things he wants is OG to try his best, “he wants our team to be the best possible (version of themselves).” and he also wants both the Dota and the CS:GO teams to be the best in the world “it is like two different paths, not under one same roof, two independent things”, as heard on the latest episode of HLTV Confirmed.
Speaking about what Ceb brings to the team he said that,
“He is a very likable person, so it is very easy for players to speak to him, so they really listen to what he has to say almost constantly because of the way he speaks and all that. He is also very knowledgable about how a team works and how to perform regardless of game or anything.”
He goes on to reveal that the tools or elements brought by him (Ceb) have helped the team open up with each other, so they are now able to communicate and reach a solution to any given problem themselves.

We have already heard the IGL of OG Aleksi “Aleksib” Virolainen speak highly of Ceb, and NBK- has also offered only praises for the 27-year-old who announced his retirement as a pro player in late January this year.
It is pretty evident that OG has improved quite a lot in the short amount of time that they have been together, despite a poor start to the year by placing 5th-6th at ICE Challenge 2020, the team has managed to qualify for the Spring Finals of BLAST Premier 2020. Let’s see how well the team performs as the year goes on.
