MPL MY Season 7 - Week 6 Day 1 (May 7)
Work Auster Force vs Onic PH (2-0)
Work Auster Force dominated with a clean sweep against Onic PH in a tug of war match during the MPL PH Season 7 Week 6. Both teams showed an amazing display of team chemistry during the two matches. However, Onic fell short during the late game. Work managed to stay consistent throughout the matches thanks to 3MarTzy’s impressive control of Benedetta during game one and Uranus on game two.
Execration Vs Nexplay Esports (1-2)
Yawi and Exort proved to be the key to Nexplay’s success in their match against Execration, which ended in a score of 1-2. Yawi may not have the best KDA in the team, but his impressive engages were crucial for Nexplay to dominate team fights.
Nexplay kept doing misplays during game one, which made it very hard for them to keep up with Execration’s rotations. E2MAX’s Selena successfully landed an Abyssal Arrow on H2wo’s Ling, which ultimately led to Nexplay losing their composure and lose the first match.
MPL MY Season 7 - Week 6 Day 2 (May 8)
Cignal Ultra vs Aura PH (1-2)
Cignal Ultra managed to take control of the first game during the MPL PH Season 7 Week 6. Despite the Diggie Strategy, Aura failed to maximize their team’s potential as Cignal kept securing objectives and taking down their turrets.
During the second and third matches, Aura made a massive counterattack with their fast and unpredictable rotations. Cignal was pushed back so hard during the second game and third games that their tanks couldn’t survive team fights long enough for them to fight back. The match ended with Cignal securing two wins and one loss.
Omega Esports vs Blacklist International (0-2)
Blacklist International continues to dominate the MPL PH Season 7 Week 6 as they defeated Omega Esports with a clean sweep of 2-0. Wise shocked the world as he picked Aldous instead of another Granger. Wise performed surprisingly well with his Aldous during the two matches, giving Omega Esports a real headache. The match ended with Blacklist scoring two wins and keeping their position at the top of Group B.
Work Auster Force vs Bren Esports (0-2)
Bren Esports secured a win against Work Auster Force with an intense match that resulted in a score of 2-0 during the MPL PH Season 7 Week 6. The highlight of the match was during game two, where Work was looking to turn the tides but got destroyed in the Lord Pit at the 14-minute mark. The fight was made successful thanks to FlapTzy’s well-timed execution of his Shadow Mask and Way of the Dragon that gave his team the advantage in the team fight. The match ended with Bren Esport securing a clean sweep of 2-0.
MPL MY Season 7 - Week 6 Day 3 (May 9)
Aura PH vs Playbook Esports (2-0)
Aura Ph’s Bennyqt proved to be too much for Playbook Esports to handle during the third day of the MPL PH Season 7 Week 6. Bennyqt kept dominating both matches with his Alice gameplay, putting Playbook Esports in a bad situation where they can’t recover. Playbook managed to get an early game advantage but was eventually overwhelmed by Aura’s team chemistry in the late game. The match ended with Aura Ph securing a clean sweep score of 2-0.

Cignal Ultra vs Execration (1-2)
Execration finally ended their five-game losing streak in the MPL PH Season 7 as they won against Cignal Ultra with a score of 2-1. The match ended with Execration scoring two wins and one loss.
Onic PH vs Nexplay Esports (1-2)
Nexplaly secured a win after a reverse sweep against Onic PH, securing a score of 1-2. Exort made a big mistake as he tried to start a team fight with his Mathilda to take down Iy4knu’s Esmeralda, which ended poorly and giving Onic PH a free Lord and won the match.
Nexplay learned their mistake and did better on the second and third match resulting in an epic comeback thanks to H2wo and Exort’s unforgiving rotations. Onic barely had any breathing room throughout the two matches, which prevented them from turning the tides. Nexplay secured a win with a score of 2-1.
