The COD Mobile Season 2 contents have been revealed. Titled as "Day of the Reckoning," COD Mobile Season 2 brings an abundance of new content such as new Epic tier operators, new functional weapons, a new scorestreak, and all-new Battle Pass rewards for players to unlock. According to Activision, Alex from the Modern Warfare franchise will also make his way into the Mobile version. On top of that, the recently removed Alcatraz Battle Royale map will also make a comeback along with the new Battle Royale Tank Mode. Here is a quick look at what COD Mobile Season 2 offers.
COD Mobile Season 2 Battle Pass Details
The new Battle Pass consists of 50 tiers for both free and premium variants. Purchasing the Premium Battle Pass rewards players with more in-game loots.
Players can acquire various new functional weapons in the game after reaching certain tiers in the Battle Pass. Reaching tier 12 will unlock a new operator Alex from the Modern Warfare franchise.
Hitting the maximum tier in the Battle Pass will reward players with Mara - awakening along with profile borders and more.
Other free items from the Battle Pass include the Razorback and M21 EBR – Phantom Limb, Combat Axe – Gas Cloud, a whole series of camos for BR, weapons, and many more.
COD Mobile Season 2 New Shop Section
A new section in the shop has been added called “For You.” This shop varies depending on the players’ playstyle. Meaning, the weapon draws available in the shop section will be based on the weapons you commonly use in the game.
COD Mobile Season 2 New Battle Royale Modes
COD Mobile Season 2 also brings a new Battle Royale game mode called “BR Tank Mode” and the return of other iconic Battle Royale modes in the game like the Alcatraz and the BR Warfare.
COD Mobile Season 2 Upcoming Event
A new event will also be revealed later this year in COD Mobile. Players will command their own Special Ops team in the upcoming Pursuit Event. Players can deploy their soldiers to various missions and be rewarded with in-game loots in the process.
COD Mobile will reveal more details at a later date. In the meantime, players will have a lot of operators and blueprints to unlock in the game.
