Mobile Legends Heroes List in Feb 2021

The Mobile Legends heroes are playable characters who will fight to the death in the most popular mobile MOBA in the market, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang.  As of Feb. 12, 2021, with the arrival of the latest hero, Yve the Astrowarden, there are currently a total of 103 ML heroes in the regular servers of Mobile Legends and are divided into five categories, Tank, Fighter, Assassin, Mage, Marksman, and Support. The ML heroes are categorized based on their playstyle and stats in the game. Here is the list of the current and possibly, upcoming ML heroes in the game.

How to Unlock Mobile Legends Heroes

Moonton offers a wide range of options for players to play the heroes they wanted. Here are the ways that players can obtain ML characters in the game.

Weekly Free Heroes

Every week, Moonton offers a wide variety of heroes that players can use during regular matches. However, the free weekly hero pool can’t be accessed in ranked games.

Starlight Free Heroes

If players purchased the Starlight Membership, they will also be able to play a wide range of ML heroes for free. These heroes change every week similar to the weekly free heroes. As a bonus, you can use these free heroes on ranked games.

Purchasing ML Heroes in the Shop

Players can unlock a hero permanently through the in-game shop. Heroes can be purchased using Battle Points, Hero Fragments, Tickets, or Diamonds. Some several promotions or bundles allow players to unlock a hero at a cheaper price. 

There are ML characters that can’t be purchased using Battle Points. Freya can only be purchased by topping up a certain amount of Diamonds. Oddete can be unlocked through various events like the jigsaw event or the Lucky Shop.

Total Number of Heroes in Mobile Legends (ML)

As of February 12, 2021, there are currently 103 heroes in Mobile Legends.

The latest hero that was added to the game is Yve the Astrowarden, who was added to the regular server on February 2nd 2021. Beatrix and Gloo are two unreleased ML heroes that are available on the advanced server.

Upcoming ML Characters in the Game

These ML Characters are only available in the advanced server for Mobile Legends. They are still a work in progress and will are subject to change before they get released in the regular servers.

Beatrix - The Dawn Breaker Soldier

This Mobile Legends character has a unique ability to switch between different types of weapons which also changes his skills and basic attacks. She is expected to be released sometime in March 2020 along with various in-game events that tell her origin story.

Gloo - Forest Goo

This new ML Character can attach himself to enemies and passively deal damage to them. He can also split himself into puddles of goo that can slow enemies and deal continuous damage to them. The release date for this ML hero is yet to be determined.

Other ML heroes are yet to be added to the advanced server but have appeared in various surveys provided by Moonton. These ML Heroes are the Shift Punisher and Dr. Rooney. There are still no updates regarding these Mobile Legends Characters.
