The trailer for the web series, titled ‘Gully Squads,’ was released on Dec. 21, 2020. It is expected to showcase three exciting stories from the world of PUBG Mobile.
Previous ‘Dosti Ka Naya Maidan’ PUBG Mobile Web Series
This isn’t the first time PUBG Mobile has made a web series. “Dosti Ka Naya Maidan,” or as translated, “The New Battleground of Friendship,” was released last year for Indian fans. The series featured 5 episodes that feature real-life struggles that gamers and normal people face every day. PUBG Mobile connects to its fan base by delivering a top-notch story of real-life struggles and how video games can help us get through troubles in life.
Cameos from widely popular Indian PUBG Mobile personalities like Sc0ut, Owais, and Dynamo were also featured on the web series. There is no doubt that this also applies to the upcoming web series.

Tencent has yet to announce the official release of the Gully Squads web series. The company only stated that it’s coming soon, so fans should keep their eyes peeled for updates.
The web series isn’t the only thing Pakistan fans received, they also released a song titled “Dil Pe PUBG Taari Hai,” featuring Star Anonymous, a famous Pakistan PUBG Mobile steamer. The video was released on Dec. 11, 2020, and has garnered around 2 million total views at the time of writing.
