PUBG Mobile has revealed a teaser featuring Jonathan, Dynamo and Kronten. Jonathan is a professional esports player for TSM-Entity while Dynamo (real name Aaditya Sawant) and Kronten (Chetan Chandgude) are popular YouTube livestreamers and influencers. This announcement confirms an earlier report by AFK Gaming that an advertisement for PUBG Mobile India is indeed in the works.
The teaser features scenes of all three PUBG Mobile India personalities idling in a house with the phrases “missing the excitement?”, “missing the pan?”, “missing the thrill?” and “missing the chicken dinner?” appearing on screen. This is followed by the announcement of PUBG Mobile India coming soon.
The Instagram post on PUBG Mobile India’s official handle also stated that an all new version of the game is coming to the country. The game is due to contain five major differences from the previous version, including increased privacy, replacing the war theme with a virtual simulation of a training ground, green effects for blood, fully clothed characters and a limit on playtime for younger audiences.

On November 12, PUBG Corporation confirmed that PUBG Mobile was returning to India when it announced the creation of an Indian subsidiary and investments of USD 100 Million to contribute to Indian gaming, esports, entertainment and IT industries. Prior to this on November 7, KRAFTON, Inc. (the parent company of PUBG Corporation) had revealed that it was working with Microsoft Azure to host PUBG Mobile among other products. However a recent report indicated that the game might still have to get the official nod from the Indian government before it can officially re-launch in the country.
