Free Fire Announces “Light up Bermuda” To Celebrate Diwali

Garena just released a new Free Fire campaign for the upcoming festival season named “Light up Bermuda” to celebrate a #FreeFireDiwali. The campaign aims to allow Free Fire players to enjoy the festival of lights while staying safe at home. It offers a number of localized in-game events, legendary gun skins, an Indian themed costume, emote, and other collectible items.

The company has also released a music video “Jeet” - by popular Indian singer-songwriter Ritviz, on the occasion of the festival season.

In-Game Events Include “Light up Bermuda”, “Diwali Ludo”, and “Balloon Burst.”

In light of the #FreeFireDiwali celebrations, players can participate in multiple in-game events to win rewards like legendary gun skins, an Indian themed costume, in-game emotes, and other collectible items. 

Light Up Bermuda

Players can collect Diyas by completing Free Fire missions and light up the Bermuda map to unlock a magic cube on November 14. 

Diwali Ludo

Players can collect rocket tokens in-game and play Diwali Ludo to get a chance to win the Indian Fearless Warrior Costume.

Balloon Burst

Pop balloons by completing daily missions and receive free prizes which include a costume, vouchers, and also discount offers. 

The peak day for the campaign will be on November 14th. Players can log in to collect a free magic cube that can be used to redeem some popular skins like the Top Gamer Bundle.

Free Fire tournaments

Diwali All Stars, an exhibition tournament will be held on November 15th, from 6 PM IST to 9 PM IST. Free Fire influencers and esports teams will compete in this tournament which will be live-streamed on the official Free Fire Esports India YouTube channel.

Garena will also be hosting a “Diwali Dhamaka” tournament on the BOOYAH India Official Channel on November 14, from 3 PM IST to 5:30 PM IST. 12 BOOYAH! partner streamers will face off against each other in the classic battle royale game mode for a chance to win diamonds from a total prize pool of 25,000 diamonds. Viewers who tune in will also have a chance to win item drops such as diamonds, Pet Mechanical Pups, and Flaming Skull Loot Crates.
