The .50 GS handgun and the Fennec submachine gun are the weapons that have the Akimbo perk in COD Mobile. However, you need to unlock it first by completing a specific task.

Fennec Perk/Attachment Mission

The task is pretty simple yet slightly hard to execute. You first need to kill three enemies before you die. You need to die after killing at least three enemies so you can start stacking points for the mission.

How to get Akimbo in COD Mobile Fast

The fastest way to finish the mission is to play Hardpoint mode in the Shipment map. The map is pretty small which reduces the time of walking around and finding enemies. 

Following this would allow you to finish the perk mission after four to five matches. Be careful not to die before getting at least three kills as it will not count.
