ESPL Valorant Power Up Overview

The second qualifier is ongoing, with the finals set to take place on January 19th. Registrations for the next qualifier are still open, and you can sign up with your team by January 21st, 2021. Winners from all the qualifiers will be going head-to-head and compete for the grand prize of INR 7,50,000, with the winners set to receive INR 4,00,000 and INR 2,00,000 reserved for 2nd place.

Each of the qualifiers has 256 slots, and up to 1024 teams can participate in the event. Teams are required to qualify via a best of three format till the quarterfinals. The top four teams from each qualifier proceed to the main event, which will feature 16 teams from four qualifiers.

ESPL is also offering a team finder feature to help players find a team if they do not already have one of their own. The team finder tool allows you to post important information like your rank, preferred playstyle, roles, and other information to find like-minded players you can play with. The team finder is available on the official website as well as the Discord server at https://discord.gg/3UHsz7U.

Players who join the discord server will have to choose their nationality in the Main Lobby text channel. Once their country has been set, they can head to the team-finder text channel and use it to find teams. You need to put in your rank, role, and other information to get the right matches.

The top two teams from each qualifier will head to the upper bracket in the next teams, while 3rd and 4th place teams will head to the lower bracket. The winners will play in the upper bracket qualifiers, while the bottom two teams will get a second chance to qualify from the lower bracket. Winners from the lower bracket will compete against upper bracket players to qualify for the final rounds, while upper bracket winners get a direct qualification to the next stage.
